今天上午在參訪屏東縣麟洛果菜市場時表示

2011年第3季，勞工基本工資時薪和月薪都將調漲

王如玄表示，目前的勞工基本工資是新台幣1萬8780元

為了反映物價2011年第3季，基本工資將會調漲

時薪部分，希望從目前的新台幣103元，調漲到115元

月薪部分，目前是1萬8780元，會往上調漲

但到底調多少要在基本工資審議委員會裡討論

王如玄表示，時薪調漲目標到115元，是希望能協助年輕打工族和2度就業婦女。

屏東一些企業以最低基本薪資聘請員工，常發生僱不到員工的情形

王如玄表示，勞委會希望企業能用較高的薪水來聘僱國內的勞工

至少要能反映物價

國內勞工最低薪資和外勞一樣，是否要訂出外勞與本勞薪資脫勾政策

王如玄說，只要有訂定最低薪資的國家

都不太可能有脫勾政策，

香港和新加坡能做得到脫勾是因為沒有訂定最低薪資

但如果將他們的薪資和就業安定稅加起來，星港的聘僱外勞費用和台灣是差不多的

王如玄說，

如果制定脫勾政策，會被認為是虐待外勞的血汗國會遭到國際制裁

國票金和高興昌股權之戰出現重大轉折，由於國票金日前向台灣高等法院提出假處分

高興昌六席董事及三席監察人昨（7）日都收到高院裁定暫停職權的執行命令

董事長呂泰榮解任、董事會全面癱瘓，創公司成立以來最大危機

高興昌財會經理林子惠昨天說，董事們已收到法院裁定暫停職權的通知

預定今日上午9時前將發布重大訊息

高興昌暫由總經理處理一般事務，較嚴重的是，公司籌措資金等重大決策事項

已暫時無法執行。

由於高興昌還有5.3億元的短期借款需要籌措，

包括上半年3億元、下半年2.3億元，曝露在跳票、下市風險中。

高興昌說明，

由於董事長通常是借款的連帶保證人，也是籌措短期資金重要的代表人

如今高興昌已經沒有董事長了，令銀行界心慌亂，就怕那一家銀行若率先收銀根

後續將起連鎖反應，「上市公司若跳票，就可能下市」

此外，高興昌將於4月2日召開的股東臨時會恐喊「卡」，會中預計討論的售地事宜

面臨胎死腹中危機。

雙方接下來將向法院聲請臨時管理人

爭取代理董事長及董事會職權

國票金握有高興昌超過30%股權，20111年董監改選一戰失利

無法取得高興昌董事席次，日前因高興昌董事會打算出售三多路土地案

國票金認為「有賤賣公司資產嫌疑」，向台灣高等法院提出假處分

高院裁定高興昌董事、監察人停止職權，在昨天收到執行命令後立即生效

不過高興昌陷入危機，國票金也沒好處，

業內人士說，國票金這步棋雖成功達陣，但缺乏配套的結果

讓高興昌營運同時陷入困境，可以想見接下來高興昌股價將大受影響

高興昌昨日下跌0.01元，收4.44元，成交量僅11張

尤其國票金依法要在4月及7月處分全部高興昌持股

光是

2011年國票金因持有高興昌股票已經認列高達7億元的虧損

若高興昌個股再跌，國票金賣股同樣虧很大

資深投資界人士說，高興昌與國票的股權爭議演變至今

雙方都輸，「這是最壞的狀況」，何況

鋼鐵產業目前仍未復甦

高興昌經此打擊，恐怕元氣更傷，需花更大的力氣才能復元

台灣大學舉辦「NTU Start-Up Day」，鼓動台大創業家精神

台灣最高學府台灣大學(3/4)舉辦一場創業盛會--「NTU Start-Up Day」，邀請30個由台大校友所創立的創業團隊舉辦盛大的發表會，並廣邀來自各界具有「台大血緣」的天使投資人與創投業者齊聚一堂，希望建立一個屬於台大人的創業連結平台，也希望能鼓動台大人的創新與創業精神，為台灣經濟創造更大的貢獻。

在發表會開始之前，台大也舉行「台大創聯會」成立記者會。「台大創聯會」由廣達董事長林百里、聯發科董事長蔡明介、王品集團董事長戴勝益、全球一動董事長何薇玲、智融創投董事長陳五福…等重量級台大創業家校友共同擔任發起人，並與台大李嗣涔校長、湯明哲副校長、創意創新學程陳良基教授等人，共同發表「台大創聯會發起宣言」，期許台大創聯會肩負起台大「學術研究創造價值、新創事業貢獻社會」的責任與使命。會中並邀請老、中、青三代的台大創業家代表，透過傳遞創業聖火的儀式，讓台大人的創業家精神能藉由「台大創聯會」的成立得以傳承、延續，並傳達給台大的新生代創業家。

記者會之後，隨即展開熱鬧的「NTU Start-Up Day」發表會，場內除了有30個創業團隊的攤位展示之外，也安排了19個台大創業團隊來舉行Demo Show，包括意藍科技的OpView品牌口碑雷達、發燒網的Fever38、Buyble的國際代標代購、Justaple的雲端社群書簽、嵌入式個人雲端系統ideal BT、卡線學人的Jashami、宇軒科技、立即科技…。這是台大有史以來第一次規模最大的創業活動，因此除了吸引眾多對創業有興趣的台大人與創業校友出席，也號召了眾多創投領域的台大校友返校參與盛會，會場擠得水洩不通，也驗證了台大的創業勢力不容忽視！

在30個參與此次「NTU Start-Up Day」的團隊中，除了少數幾個團隊為生醫或生活產業之外，其餘20多個創業團隊，幾乎都聚焦在網路、行動科技或雲端應用的相關領域，也隱約宣告了新一代台大人創業的主流產業與方向…

Operations management

is concerned with

the production of goods   and

the delivery of services   to meet     customer's demands.

It is   one of the central functions    of

every business, government agency, and non-for-profit organizations.

Sound and creative operations management

can provide an important competitive advantage for firms

to succeed in today's marketplace.

Successful companies need to have

the capability of delivering high-quality products/services

to meet their ever-changing customer demands   in a timely and cost-effective manner.

It has also been realized that the operations function

must integrate into the overall corporate planning and strategy to achieve such an advantage.

Therefore, an understanding of operations management is important for all managers,

and a working knowledge about the Operations function of a firm

is an integral part of your MBA education.

The objective of this course

is to develop a general managerial perspective

on the role of operations management in the function of a firm,

at both the tactical and strategic levels.

The course will offer a broad survey of concepts and techniques in managing operations,

with particular emphasis on a number of major operations management issues

that can significantly affect the competitive position of a firm in the marketplace.

Through the discussions of these issues,

the students can also develop a good understanding about

how operations should interact with other functional areas

such as marketing and finance.
