 很多人以為堅強是與生俱來的，但那其實是沒有退路下的一種選擇。 

Many believe that people are born strong,

 but a lot of times it's a choice that people make when they run out of options.

人人都愛掌聲。但最難做到的是，當人們停止鼓掌時，仍然不放棄自己。  

Everyone loves applause;

 but we must learn to never give up on ourselves, even when all the cheering stops.

有時接受挑戰不是為了贏過對方，而是不想輸給自己。

 Sometimes the reason to accept an impossible challenge is not to beat your opponent, 

but to overcome yourself.
